Out steps Bishop John Baptist Kaggwa,and in comes Rt Rev.Serverus Jumba,a man God has called on to continue with the baton, in this marathon relay of faith. At the World Youth Day celebrations in Rio de Janeiro ,2018,Pope Francis,told the bishops that they should not be bishops of the airport,but bishops of the dioceses.He doesn’t want them to be jet-setters,always flying off to Rome and to meetings and conferences. They should be home with their people. That they should be priests and bishops who have the,”smell of the people’.
